I ship by USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Media Mail (5-7 days) is inexpensive but has proven very reliable. Priority Mail costs a bit more but will get the book to you in 2-3 days. On the order page the only shipping charge that displays is Media Mail. You can upgrade to Priority Mail when you get to the check out page if you wish.
Group Purchases. If you want to purchase seven or more copies of the book, contact me directly and we can work out a group discount.
